ABSTRACT SUBMİSSİON

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION CONDITIONS

 

We invite our authors to submit their abstracts via the online submission system.

Participants can submit their papers at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/UTUIHSC2022 . Abstract submission is mandatory for participants.

The papers must not have been previously published elsewhere and/or presented at any scientific meeting.

Registered participants can send a maximum of 2 abstracts. The preference for the presentation of the authors (oral or e-poster) can be specified while submitting abstracts.

Abstracts must be in English. Please download the template HERE .

Abstracts shall contain sections Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Abstracts of review papers should fully reflect the content in a way that has the meaning of introduction, purpose, development and conclusion.

At least 3 and at most 5 keywords should be used in the abstracts.

Abstracts should be written up to a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 300 words.

The name, surname, institution and city of the paper authors should be clearly stated in the papers. Academic titles should not be used.

Standard abbreviations should be used in the papers. The abbreviation given in parentheses at the first occurrence of the word will be abbreviated and that abbreviation is used throughout the text.

Since the abstracts sent to the congress will be published into a digital book in as is, attention should be paid to any typographical errors. The authors are responsible for all typographical errors.

Oral presentations should be presented with a discussion period of 5 (five) minutes after 10 (ten) minutes of presentation.

E-posters must be prepared in JPEG format with 1081 x 1918 pixel dimensions. The resolution must be 300 DPI.

Poster authors will be able to make their presentations on the announced date and time, within the specified time. Poster presentations must be concluded in 5 minutes.

Participants will be able to present their oral presentations in Turkish or English, according to their preferences.

Oral and e-poster presentations that are not presented will be removed from the abstract book.

Our congress meets the criteria for Associate Professorship and Academic Promotion.
